Over the last few years, much of our work has moved towards crafting compelling digital experiences across platforms, channels and user segments and we’ve found the need to change the way we think about design and user experience of the future. There is a need to collaborate, to share, to inspire and to be ready for the new wave. This forum is an effort by Human Factors International (HFI) for creating a space for a constructive dialogue around digital experiences and the many ways it can be used for a common good. It’s about celebrating technology and creativity with people who look towards the future.
