Often considered design’s unicorn skill, UX writing is the art of designing with words to engage users as they navigate apps and digital products. Good copy enables users to have optimal interactions with the products, thereby elevating the user experience.

As products go global, there is a greater focus on designing an inclusive and accessible product for anyone and everyone. Gain an understanding of why localisation matters, why we should design for all use cases and how empathy can be applied to content design.

Preparation

  • This session is taken completely online using Zoom.
  • You will need access to a laptop or computer with a working webcam and microphone as well as a strong internet connection.
  • Download Zoom. Zoom is the video conferencing tool we will use. It works a lot like Google Hangouts or Skype. You will need to create an account in order to join the call.
  • We will provide a link to the session via email 24 hours in advance - keep an eye on your inbox
